More than 90% of our member are working on small loan business providing financial access to more than 4,500 individual members. Our specialists have more than 15-year experience in managing saving group, credit association and agricultural cooperative, managing more than 50,000 USD dollar of loan with more than 500 individual members.

We provide loan management tools, risk management technic and organization management. Our team has study different methods and experience across all members enable to create a pragmatic loan management system.

4.  Accounting and internal control of Agricultural Cooperative

Accounting and internal control is one of the most important in management of farmer organization to ensure its transparency and effective management and most of them are lacking. Our team comprises of people have many years of experience in management accounting and has been trained by professional. Under AFSA program, our team has been mobilized to support our member to improve and prepare financial system and internal audit. The training is adapted to standard format provided by MAFF. We provide solutions fit to cooperative business and knowledge of their accountants.

5.  Exchange visit

We have host many exchange visit from national and international ques to study on the cooperative management, saving group, agricultural production such as chicken raising, fish raising and vegetable growing, good case study and lesson that can improve your skills.

6.  Scoring Criteria Method (SCM)

The SCM is a tool that has several aims. Internally, when implemented, SCM provoke common understanding between the Assessor and the Board members of the AC. Firstly, the Board members are realizing what improvement could be undertaken by themselves and what could not; it brings the AC Board to engage in actions to improve the achievement for their AC members. It brings as well knowledge on their limit of capacities, provoking the application for further support. And finally, it provides common understanding on the timeframes required to fulfill the capacity building process, matching the supportive action with the proactive readiness of Board members, in the respect of learning rhythms and processes. From the assessor point of view, SCM is firstly applied by the Federation to support its AC member to reach a better efficiency level, consisting mainly in advising the AC Board on what action should be implemented to improve the AC situation. The first round of SCM implemented by the Federation had also for objective to strengthen the relationship within the Federation of AC, to build the Federation capacities to assess their members’ performances, and to adapt and develop the panel of services provision.

Externally, the SCM is used to identify field of expertise to assist AC in their different functions, and size this assistance. The assistance is as much as possible internalized within the Federations in order to ensure efficiency and durability.

Among supports foreseen for AC development, small-scale funds (grants) are provided to encourage the AC to implement small-scale projects and better serve their members. The combination of SCM, grant, and capacity building mechanism is a real push for AC development and improvement We have evaluated more than 20 cooperatives.

7. Certified quality of Seed

Seed certification is important tool to build trust between producer and buyers by ensuring that the seed they buy meets certain quality standard. All certified seed will meet with prescribed standards of varietal identity and purity, germination and freedom from weed seeds.

Based on the Cambodian context, We think that Participatory Guarenttee System (PGS) is one of the best evaluation system, the participation of the client allow them to get more trust on the quality of seed.
