Agriculture production training

Our trainer has many years of successful experience in the production training with cost-effective and suitable for small scale producers. We understand what medium and small scale producer’s needs, our solutions are simple, pragmatic and reliable to fit with local context of producers. The training consists of indoor training, practical exercise and follow-up coaching.

Mr. Chan Sothea has 21-year experience successful experience in chicken raising and 14-year experience in providing training on the chicken raising technic. 

 

 

Mrs. YOU Lun is a professional vegetable producer siince 1980. Since 2001, she was appointed as master farmer of vegetable production “European Vegetable” via the support from ADG (Aide au Développement de Gembloux). During that time, she got many training courses on pest management, compost production, and post-harvest. She has provided many on-farm training course to farmers, other NGOs and project by in and out door training. Even in the small surface which is less than a hectare, vegetable can generate more income to farmers. 

 Mr. OEU Sophoan is specialized in fish raising and fingerling production since 2006.  Currently, he has 4 fish ponds and 2 fingerling ponds where he can harvest monthly. Mr. Sphoan has already provided manay training services; his method allow producer to serve time and get more effeciency; fish can be harvested within 3 months.

 

 

 

 

 

Mr. SAM Saroeun has been working on the quality control and geographical indentification standard of Kampong Speu palm sugar since 2009. He is working on the evaluation of cooperative performance by using the Scoring Criteria Methode (SCM) tool. He has evaluated more than 10 agriculture cooperatives since 2003.

 

 

 

Mr. Keo Sokha has more than 10 years in managing farmer organization including FAEC. He has experienced on strengthening capacity of farmer organization (FO) including agriculture cooperative, farmer association and saving group. In coollaboration with provincial department of agriculture, he creates and register 6 agricultural cooperatives.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mrs. SENG Chansotheara is the President of Agriculture Cooperative Punleu Kasekor Khum Kampong Soeung. She has more than 10 years in managing saving group and small loan. Currently, she is managing more than 13 saving groups with total capital of more than 50,000 USD.
