Strengthening farmer organization governance
Strong farmer organization need better governance. Our goals are to facilitate and develop strategic and business plan for each farmer cooperative and farmer association, to mobilize and engage resources for supporting these activities, and to improve financial system and transparency of FOs.
By 2015, We have collaborated with ADG to train and coach more than 26 cooperatives on simple accounting system and internal control; and 17 cooperatives on business plan.
Under support of AFSA, our specialists are helping our members on business plan and financial system that enable them to increase efficiency of their organization.
